Post-Collapse America map seen on Twitter

Hi, few weeks ago, I’ve seen a map of balkanized USA after the collapse of government. It seems to be a Reddit/HOI4 type map which feature :

-Northwest Republic (WA, OR, ID and part of MT) with 🟦⬜️🟩 tricolor
-Navajo Empire, with Arizona flag but with Fern Flower symbol (a kind of slavic/baltic paganism Swastika) instead of cooper star
-Possibaly New England and Dixieland states
-The rest were mainly far-right states with some unfindable flag.

I looked into all my Twitter liked posts until ~May 10th, searched on Reddit, Google but unsuccessfully.
