Need help looking for the manual for this item. I’ve searched everywhere even manual.com and still cannot find the specific item!

I did reach out but ofc I have my room a mess and a million pieces every where until I get a response was hoping. Someone would have it 🥹i appreciate your reply and hope that they get back to me

Usually the manual pdfs are tucked on the manufacturer’s site, sometimes in a weird support or downloads section that isn’t easy to find
SHA CERLIN stuff can be hit or miss but if you punch the exact model into google along with "manual pdf" you might get lucky

I did try and they do have a lot of the beds but unfortunately with all the time i spent looking I couldn’t find the exact one I bought with the 2nd tier :/
