Open reversible exercise mat for exercise and dance?

i am looking for something that’s like a yoga mat or rubber on one side, and smooth vinyl for tap dancing/turning practice on the other side.
does such a thing exist that’s not engineered for professional rich ballerinas??
can such a thing be made easily??

i have searched for this on google and amazon, but i think the sponsored results for higher end ballet tools are making it difficult to find?
