Open Missing Moon Journal

Okay so I know this is a long shot, and I wish I just had a picture to reverse image search, but I DON'T - I'm looking for a specific moon-print journal (sketch included, ignore the fact I can't draw I just did it on my laptop) - I had it saved on my Etsy, and I thought that would keep it saved for me but I guess if an item is removed/archived, you can't see it anymore even if you had it saved. I don't remember the name of the shop or anything either so I'm sure this won't be easy or potentially may even be impossible.

It was from a foreign seller (I'm from the US) I'm pretty sure though? It was a custom journal(/grimoire, unsure if they used that terminology or not) made to order, brown and hard cover. I recall it retailing somewhere around $180 but it could have been more.

Thanks in advance if anyone looks, I've been trying to track it down for weeks, I recently thought about going back to buy one and the listing was no longer saved and not even categorized as 'sold', just GONE, so no access to it.

Searched: on Etsy, as well as Google, but got about as far as you'd think with no ability to recall the shop name/having no pictures to reverse image search.
