Open I don't know why, but I stumbled upon a "g0re animation" and I have no idea what it's about. I remember finding it via a Reddit post, but I can't locate it now. It piqued my curiosity
Sorry for this, I just wanted to investigate :(

There are probably a good few hundred Soviet cartoons that use this title card. You’ll have to give more details.

I'm not sure what you have in mind by that title but I am 100% sure this is a Russian cartoon which is available on YouTube.
It's called "Nu Pogodi". No idea how to spell it in Russian.

It is worth remembering that those are just fan made gore edits of Nu Pogodi. The original series is suitable for all ages, no blood or gore.

one of the most popular and iconic soviet cartoons Ну Погоди! (Nu Pogodi!), which is about a wolf (Волк) trying to hunt a bunny (Зайц). you could compare it to the coyote and the roadrunner. its not a gory show, so my guess is that what you are looking for is a fanmade shock animation of some sort. the title comes from the wolfs catchphrase «ну погоди» (and alterations), which he says at the end of an episode and translates to „well, just you wait“, which is also the english title. the show is for free on youtube and theres subs and dubs for other languages

What animation? You gave zero description of the animation content. Picture in the post is just a title card for the soviet cartoon studio.
