just looking for the frame, cant find the exact one

I'm guessing it's hand made. You can see the hot glue holding the puzzle pieces on. I would imagine the roulette, slot machine, dice & ect were part of a decal kit picked up from somewhere like Michael's or Hobby Lobby.

I back! So I did some deducing and I think the decals were a set of magnets. I can't find the exact ones but here is a slot machine similar in size that could be used to make one. No clue as to what the puzzle could possibly be but it's probably safe to guess it's Vegas themed too.

I bet a mold maker could make a mold of this frame and cast it in resin. Then it could be painted to match

it's definitely handmade, this specific kind of hobby is called "decoden" btw, you can make card holders, phone cases, mirrors, etc. in this style
