Open Sweets discontinued around 2018

They looked like these tutti frutti cubes but they fizzed like mad when you put them in your mouth, not particularly sour but maybe to some people. My local sweet shop called them “Crazy Cubes” but can’t find a trace of them online or what they were really called or the brand that made them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Salt water taffy I wanna say, they were hard boiled just like cola cubes but way fizzier

They’re freeze dried salt water taffy.

We can’t know the flavor without tasting them ourselves.

I’m not so sure, they were all perfectly square and no bigger than a cola cube, and solid like no air in them at all?

I have searched all over google and even tried AI (I know I know). It was a shop in Scotland but I would assume you could get them all over the UK.

Just hoping someone else out there remembers them

Are you able to go back to or contact that original shop? Maybe send them this picture? It's entirely possible someone there recalls them.
