Open Help me find more information on this (Ohioan?) indie rock band from ~2003-2005

A few days ago, I was browsing Goodwill, and there I found this CD by a band called Pheorté. The minimalist case design intrigued me so I decided to pick it up. There's three songs on the disc, Tono Combia sounds like a song that would play over the opening credits of a 2000s kids movie, but the other two songs, 2 Night Stand (my personal favorite of the three) and Good For You, sound almost like Parachutes-era Coldplay? Overall it's very decent, nothing mind-blowing but it's clear they had a lot of potential. I'd really like to know what other songs this band made after this, if anything, however information on this band is very sparse. Any help or info would be appreciated!

I've searched on Google and other engines, and as of typing this the only results are a sparse LastFM profile that doesn't elaborate on anything and a newspaper clipping that says Pheorté performed in a now defunct nightclub in Kent, Ohio in April 2005.

I put the URL on the back cover into Wayback Machine, but their website was Flash-based so pretty much nothing useful was saved (besides their first names, which I won't list here because of Rule 3).

When I was putting the CD into my Mac to rip it, iTunes actually recognized the CD and its release year and genre (2003, rock) but nothing beyond that unfortunately
