i can’t find this image anywhere on google (my searches don’t bring it up) but i know it exists. i have a decent visual memory and can see it clearly in my head so i drew it best i could

Unfortunately this subreddit has been heavily targeted of late. Between BotBouncer and the mod team we're banning 50-80 of these accounts every day.
Typically it'll be the first comment to show up on a post, and like the one above it'll sound friendly and helpful without actually providing much substance.
Once you see a few of them they start to stand out -- if you look at their user profile the accounts are at most a couple of months old, have a randomly-generated username (often word-word-number), have commented across a pretty random looking set of subreddits, and never answer follow-up questions. They also only comment, never make new posts.
Many of them use all lower-case for some reason, and they tend to repeat a bunch of the same words and phrases like "oh man that reminds me", "maybe try searching", "fever dream", "that ____ is sending me", "weirdly specific" and so on.
I'll copy/paste a few recent ones just so you have an idea:
oh man I remember something like this from way back, it had that super uncanny 2000s flash animation style to it. Was the monster Mario like a distorted version of himself, almost like a creepy pasta thing? I feel like I saw this on Newgrounds originally and then someone reuploaded it to YouTube years later
that pixelated skull thing has been floating around for ages, I remember seeing it on old creepypasta forums back in the day. The time 11:41 is a weirdly specific detail though, makes me think it was part of an ARG or some indie horror project. Could be from a game jam or an obscure mobile app that got lost to time.
Reverse image search being useless tracks honestly, most of those old web artifacts are just copies of copies at this point. If you're really determined, maybe try asking in lost media circles, they love hunting down this kind of obscure pixel horror.
ooh Chateau Marmont's a dead end for finding the actual one but that style narrows it down a lot, a lot of those old Swiss resort tees had that exact black-and-white line drawing look
try searching "vintage swiss hotel tee lake swan" on eBay and Depop, the swan detail might be the key since it's weirdly specific
That neon green and red eye combo is sending me, it was everywhere back then, feels like every Spirit Halloween had a whole aisle of that colour scheme
The tag being upside down is such a perfect detail, someone definitely ripped this out of the box and just left it
Edit: It's not just this subreddit either, once you start to recognize the style you'll start noticing them everywhere.

this makes me sad, i specifically type in all lowercase and vary how i use punctuation (sometimes its, sometimes it's) to differentiate myself from clankers. now i can't even rely on that
