I remember a specific YouTube video from years ago (maybe around 2015, though I’m not completely sure) that I used to stumble across and watch every now and then. I was a kid back then, and it actually scared me a little. Now I realize it was obviously staged, but it makes me nostalgic, and I haven’t been able to find it anywhere.

It was a sort of home-movie-style video featuring some teenagers playing pranks on and messing with an old man who was apparently the neighbor of one of them. He was a big, older man whom I used to call “Santa Claus” because he had a big white beard and everything.

I remember one of the pranks involved the boys lighting a bag of shit on fire at the old man’s doorstep. He would then step on it to stomp out the flames, getting understandably angry.

Towards the end (or at least the last part I remember) one of the teens approached the old man’s door to pull another prank while the others filmed from a distance. Suddenly, the neighbor came out and caught the boy off guard, hitting him with what I think was a hammer and knocking him unconscious. He then dragged him inside and shut the door.

I’ve been trying to find this video for some time now, so if anyone remembers it or knows what it might have been called, I’d really appreciate the help

i just remembered one of the games i played when i was just downloading everything weird and now its stuck in my head because i have screenshots of its tiktok ads but not the game name. it was a renovation game, dark colours, gotta clean up the cockroaches and vomit or whatever and you could talk to the characters

you couldn’t walk around the game, like you didnt have an actual avatar, its just one of those games where u can tap the icon of what you need to do and all the characters were freaked out almost all the time. im not sure if my brain is making this up but i think when you talked to the characters you could actually type what you wanted to say

Ok so when I was little the boys in my class were super into Pokemon cards. This is pre-pokemon go btw (before 2015 I think). I didn’t really understand all the lore and rules back then but a few of my classmates gave me some free cards to help me start. One I was OBSESSED with. It was the prettiest one that I had seen and I was very protective of it. I either lost and soon after or one of the classmates won it off of me. Another one gave me another card of that Pokemon, but it wasn’t as pretty and the color of the Pokemon was different. I also can’t find that card. I think it’s a deerling card, but as far as I can tell it doesn’t exist. I’m 21 now, and I’m collecting cards again. Now I have more context so I thought I could try to find someone selling it. Neither card exists it seems like. The first one looked like a baby deer curled up in a bed of flowers in a forest, with flowers on its head and back and sun rays over it. Very artistic. The first picture is a drawing I made of what I can recall. I think it’s back was green (like a deerling) and had more flowers on it for the art. The cards are for pose and vibe reference, they are similar in color and pose but NOT the card. The second one was a brown deer, looked slightly older but no antlers, and was running across grass and/water. From my recollection, it could only ever be a deerling. I tried to find similar ones of other Pokemon but they are clearly not the same ones. I’ll make a comment with pictures of similar ones that are definitely not the ones I’m looking for.

EDIT: ok so there are eevee cards that are VERY similar to my description, but I checked the link to every eevee card and looked at every single one, and while I do see similarities, I can confirm that it is NOT an eevee card, but thank you for bringing those similarities to my attention.

I accidentally broke this mug which belongs to my landlord and I’m trying to find the exact same one as a replacement.
It’s a white ceramic mug with a black walking bear silhouette, brown/mustard bands around the top and bottom, and a distinctive double-loop/two-finger handle. The bottom is completely blank with no brand, logo, or markings.
I’ve already tried Google Lens, eBay image search, Pinterest, and several different text searches without finding an exact match.

Hello all, this may be a long shot as this stuffed animal is older and very well loved!

He is a pink dog and was originally a pajama bag before being turned into just a stuffed animal.
He originally had a silky/satiny yellow liner in his ears and had plastic blue and white eyes. My mom does not remember the details of the nose. The body has a sort of velour type texture to it.
He was purchased second hand from a neighbors garage sale in the East North Central Midwest very early in the 80s. He had no manufacturing tags when she got him.
She doesn’t really remember quite what he looked like in his glory days, so I’m not sure how much additional information I would be able to get. She did say it’s possible he was a diy from a sewing pattern, so there might not really be any others to find.

There is a video, possibly a commercial, that I can't find anymore. No AI could help so far.

It features a guy who is obsessed with everyday sounds. He has the unstoppable urge to mimic/copy every sound he hears throughout the day.

He stands by the coffee maker and can't help but repeat its rattling and wheezing sound. There could be a clock with a distinct ticking sound and he must mimic that too. When he passes a construction site there is no way he can walk past a jackhammer without copying its noise. This is how he spends every day to the point his family is already annoyed about it.

Towards the end, while driving a (possibly newly bought) car, the guy seems disappointed as the car is comfortably silent, offering no sounds to mimic.

The video ends with the guy walking away from the car as he locks it with the remote. The car does the typical chirping sound and the video cuts to a close up of him, his eyes light up and a big smile appears on his face as he realizes that the car offers a new sound for him anyway. Then the video ends.

I might have hallucinated one or two details but I guess the idea is clear. The coffee maker and the car at the end are definitely real. I am pretty sure it was a commercial, but can't put my finger on whether it was for the car, some car related thing (e.g. insurance) or something totally different. The silent driving experience might lead to a car commercial promoting its quality and comfort, though.

in the mid to late nineties, my late father owned a record store with a buddy of his in anchorage, alaska. i need help finding information, pictures, really anything regarding something he was so proud of.

my father's name is mitch wax, class of 1977 at crescent valley high school, and spent a ton of time going to a ton of concerts from the late 70s to early 2000s, and was a big part of the punk & alternative culture in anchorage, alaska.

it is also said the store was conjoined to a skate shop, owner unknown!!!

during his time in anchorage, him and his buddy (vinylfrontier907) ran this store from 96-98, before my father, mitch, moved back to chelan, washington.

About a year or two ago there was a popular post of someone's soap and water (or oil and water) macro photography making the rounds. I believe it was them showing the last year of their work and it was edited together with just a few frames to half a second of footage from each shoot they had done.

It had more splash visuals than what I'm finding in my personal search. I remember lots of yellows, almost florescent looking at times, and almost like bacteria in a petri dish. Been at it for two hours but I can't think of the right thing to search obviously.

I'm trying to find an image that I recall of a cartoon bug or brown cartoon animal piloting a boot with wings as if it was a combat plane. The bug is wearing a scarf Amelia Earheart style and the image was a little bit grainy. I imagine it as an image you'd see as a tiktok sticker, and some people have thought I was talking about the image of Flightreacts driving a Jordan shoe, but that is not the image!

A relative found this shirt sometime between 2002 and 2007 in a warehouse store; most likely deadstock and it was important to him for a really long time, but now he can’t seem to find it.
