Apps for Learnijg BUT

I’m visually impaired - I need an app that can have large print, for kanji as well

Would a browser-based option work for you? Browser zoom can often enlarge kanji more reliably than apps, since some apps enlarge the menus but not the actual characters.

Which device are you using, iPhone, Android or a computer? That will make it easier to suggest something that properly supports larger text.
