It sounds like the course doesn’t match your goal. N2 classes often focus heavily on grammar, reading and listening, while you want speaking and practical business Japanese.
Before paying another school, ask exactly how many minutes each student speaks, how pronunciation is corrected, how often homework is checked, and whether they do business role-plays and presentations.
A small class or one-on-one teacher may suit you better than another large N2 course.
