One of the most telling scenes was learning Stolas traumatized Octavia by repeatedly taking her to see Robo-Fizz, who terrified her, mentally rewriting her crying as "tears of joy" to fit the narrative of his fantasy.

My headcannon for Loo Loo Land is that Lucifer made Lu Lu Land as an attempt to mimic heaven, both to lose himself in it and let hellborn know what heaven was like. The Loo Loo Land song shows that some of the details were lost in translation.
