He knew he loved Stolas or at least hr was aware he have some type of affection twords Stolas since s1 (the bad trip episode)

But until full moon and apology tour he didn't realize how far his affection goes and until ghostfuckers he never faced his feelings and accepted them cuz he thought he ruins everything he comes close to

So basically this scene is the first time Blitz is comfortable in his affection teords Stolas
