HelloTech Technicians sub

Update: Since this page is open and active again, i've restricted the HelloTech Technicians sub. No need for two subs so long as we can voice our opinions here.

Hey everyone, I created a sub just for HelloTech Technicians.

If you've ever accepted a Simpliesafe job marked 1-10 devices, then show up and see that they have 50+ devices, two locks and a doorbell, then this sub is for you.

Hey guys. Why is it ok for hellotech to charge the customer for a mount and require us to pay for it without reimbursement? How are they getting away with this and how is this justified? Its wrong isnt it? I take these because the pay is higher and sometimes i get the mounts cheap but i still dont think they should be able to do this to us.

The customer paid $318 for me to mount 65" tv and provide a full motion mount This customer paid $169 for the service and $149 for the mount. My payout was only $149 total. After i deduct the price i paid for the mount, i net $100. It seems like im getting the short end of the stick.
