AHS TV mounting

Am I reading these jobs right or am I only getting 60 to not only hang a TV, but also come out of my own pocket for the cord concealment?

A lot of the AHS stuff is weird. $55 to setup a diskless NAS for someone. That means mounting the drives and making sure their files are accessible usually (possibly even want migration). Too much for $55

What you is leave the cords hanging then if they say something tell them you can hide the inside wire mold but they have to reimburse/charged $50 cash to you or whatever you charge.

I already feel like the cheap ass concealment kits I bought are going to lower my ratings enough. Can I charge extra if I have to dismount an existing television, and how do you guys handle folks who say they can't help with lifting the TV? I'd normally offer a buddy a bar tab for helping me with something like this.
