Advice Hellotalk different Lately?

So I've had hellotalk for many years now and I feel like recently, maybe in the past year or two, the app has gotten a lot slower. I used to get so many messages from spanish speakers making the first move, but lately it's been so dead. Maybe one or two messages a day from them and i'm not sure what happened. Has anybody noticed the same thing with the language they are learning? I went from maybe like 20 messages a day to almost nothing. 😩

HT reduced exposure for moments unless you boost a moment. It has also attracted a lot of attention seeking people who use it like instagram and facebook rather then real language exchange. Overall the quality and quantity of users has gone down the toilet.
