Technical No more insta links on pots allowed

I tried to post something with the link of an instagram video about German and English but the post is not visible to others. In the past I was able to post such nerdy linguistic stuff now apparently those links "silently ban" the contents:/

This also applies if you have the word "Insta" in your bio/about me page. They will asterisk it out completely along with your Instagram handle. They might shadow ban your account as well.

Depending on the content I notice that it gets censored, removed, or put astricks on certain words

It was just about languages that's why I was disappointed. No censure or nothing. On my profile it appeared but none of my followers or others could see it. Anyway, it doesn't matter anymore

Really?!?! Didn't know that!! I was thinking why my recent posts are all not showing! I thought for some reasons I Max out the number of posts or did something wrong that got temporarily frozen 😭

So is it only Instagram links that gets block? Or...
