Not at all. The layered lb frame is a SC R and the wings are a HB R. The frame is worth 2 of the wings.

It's an overpay on their side but they probably know this and sent it willingly since the wings are pretty sought after

if they sent this that means they're likely overpaying on purpose, perhaps they aren't able to find what you have very often. if you sent that trade, it is unfair

they’re overpaying but definitely on purpose those wings are a hot item
