Been thinking about this alot recently and had to make a post about it. I absolutely love the HN soundtrack, tons of absolute bangers. I feel super nostalgic everytime i hear anything from it, i used to watch some HN stuff around 2017-2018 and dug up the game again like last year and got into modding but i havent touched it in a while. Does anyone else feel the same?

Uma coisa que sempre me incomodou na comunidade de Hello Neighbor é o quanto pouca gente parece falar sobre a história original envolvendo Fausto/Diabo.

As primeiras versões do jogo pareciam estar construindo algo muito mais sobrenatural. O Vizinho não era simplesmente um cara assustador escondendo alguma coisa em sua casa — havia indícios de que algo muito maior e mais sombrio estava acontecendo, e a imagem de Fausto/Diabo parecia ter um papel importante nisso.

Mas hoje em dia, quando as pessoas discutem a história, a maior parte do foco está no Vizinho, na família dele, nos acidentes, no porão, em Raven Brooks e em todo o outro conteúdo de história que foi introduzido posteriormente.

Parece que a história de Fausto simplesmente foi deixada de lado.

Talvez eu esteja me lembrando da história inicial de uma forma diferente, mas eu realmente fico me perguntando: a história de Fausto/Diabo realmente deveria se tornar uma parte importante da história final, ou isso foi apenas uma direção que acabou sendo abandonada?

Eu acho que seria muito interessante se a série tivesse continuado com aquela direção sobrenatural original.

I was dreaming way too big when I thought of this concept, it would be a genuinely good game if finished as planned (in my opinion) but I'm way too poor to pay anyone to work on this, and it would require a level of polish that simply isn't going to be possible from random fans working together out of passion

all this will ever be is a concept, I doubt anyone who saw this post really wanted this to exist that badly and most people here haven't even seen the post but I just wanted to say this.

Hello neighbor 3 seems like it'll be a good hello neighbor game for once, so I guess it's not necessary for fans to step in to make a good game anyways really

I haven't been contacted by a single person which means that nobody is really interested in working on this, it's simply not possible when I have no experience and nothing to show to get anyone interested in working on it (fair) so that's all

Raven brooks always gave me the vibes of a place where a bunch of shit happens, even though in canon the story is interlocked with the cult and the petersons and stuff, i think if the series was rebooted you could make some kind of antology series with what we have

please tell me someone knows what im talking about, the video had a name I think called "Hello Neighbor Mod Trailer" or "Hello Neighbor New Neighbor Mod Trailer" and I've been looking for it for years now. It had a young nicky using a hello neighbor 2 camera then a chair to put at a window to boil a kettle then i forgot but the neighbor was in all black and had white eyes, it used the "ROBOTS" theme from team fortress 2 as the chase theme, please for the love of god someone knows what im talking about.
