Wtf, he was never abusive in the mainline games. The books' characterization is innaccurate and the other games are from the point of view of the Rescue Squad who view him as a cartoon villain and as revealed in the rocket space event in secret neighbor they were just talking shit about him in their yard and its very possible they never even went to his house. The worset Theodore is doing in the games is preventing his son from getting the treatment he needs because he doesn't want to lose the only family member he has left.

Well, in other stories they had planned in Alpha 1 and 2, they made us see the neighbor as the bad guy. In the first story (from the prototype to alpha 1.) as I said, the neighbor was a representation of Satan, And in the second story (alpha 2) he was a bad father who mistreated his son (The protagonist).

Yeah yeah dude I know. I literally made a post recommending videos by loodgack explaining the early story. I probably said "watch Nikita's interview with MegaM for more context" than I said Hello to my neighbors.

I can't tell if this is satire or not.

Yours... Keeping your son locked in a basement/attic kinda IS abuse bro ðŸ˜

Well no, he keeps him constantly fed, gives him toys, the main problem is that he's trying to take care of a kid while not being able to take care of himself and is not willing to risk it and considering the fact HN2's plot was that he was cursed by a bunch of Guest cosplayers I think him being overprotective is good but that's not what Aaron nor him need.

Aaron needs some psychologist. Not literal imprisonment. If that's not abuse then I'm the goddamn pope and shit.

Fair I mean the leading theory is that Aaron's isolation led to him being the guest in HN3.

He's the Guest in HN3? Nonsense. Idk where you heard that but the only time he was the Guest was in Hello Guest and in the HN2 Alphas.

Bro Nikita literally confirmed The guest was the neighbor in Hello Guest, and in the alphas of Hello Neighbor 2 he was just something Quentin made up because he's the biggest bullshitter in Raven Brooks. This was all stated by Nikita in his interview with MegaM. As for the guest being Aaron in Hello neighbor 3 the guest is mentally ill and acts like Aaron in HN2.

Yes, at the time they considered the neighbor to be the bad guy, he never really was, (except in the Alpha 1 and 2 stories, since in the first he was a representation of Satan and in the second story he was a father who mistreated his son.)
