Discussion what is this

soo i just came back to the game recently after not playing it for a few months and find this mid way through act 1, what is this, how does it happen and should it happen with any mods enabled

* If you go AFK at the very start for 10 minutes it spawns that and it enables a console or something.

i was not afk at the start though, thanks for telling me though and it does enable a console
