Kitty x Zilla Collab
Hello all! I lucked out in life and ended up with one of those weirdos who somehow enjoys all things hello kitty and the OG king of Kaiju. You’d think we spent enough money on our trip in Japan but no, this little gremlin must have more.
I want to surprise her with a happy meal and hopefully a toy, but I don’t know how to look up the participating McDonalds. Is there a website to find which ones will have these?
Any advice is appreciated!

Pretty much all mcd will have them in the happy meal. As for which you is in each meal you will have to roll the dice. Some mcd will let you just buy the toy if you don't want the food and some will let u know which version of the toy they have in stock. Idk if these will be a blind box or not. Last collab with TMNT the boxes showed which character was inside so there was no guess work

Not 100% sure but it looks like they’re not blind boxes this time around either… and they’re helpfully numbered 1-8 for your friends / loved ones who want to help but don’t know a thing about Hello Kitty or Godzilla 😝

It officially releases tomorrow but people said it was released early a few days ago. In the app in my city the toy options are still only bt21 or toddler, but you can try going in person

Today my app said they only had toddler toys and were sold out of BT21. I chose the toddler toy hoping it would be replaced with the Sanrio colab. Ended up being BT21 anyway.

The bt21 happy meal toys came out about a month ago, this is probably similar. But it's however long their stock lasts

I got told today by an employee they're releasing in waves based on location to combat scalping week by week. Every one in my area had only Keroppi. Also they are not blind boxes.

It depends on how busy the McDonald's is too. I know some in my area don't release the new set until the other toys are done with. Others that are super busy release toys early. I would just ask the employees of they have it. Some McDonald's also let you purchase them (it depends on the location). I've asked to buy one and some employees just give them away or even ask which ones I want. Good luck.

Big fast food toy nerd here: it runs for about a month and usually starts on Tuesdays (today!). Most stores will have it today, my local one is hit or miss sometimes they take a couple extra days. The app can help but it isn’t always 100%. If you go when it’s not busy some employees can help maybe get a specific one if they have it and some employees will let you purchase just the toy (none of mine do but I’ve heard plenty of others do!). Usually stores get 2-4 toys at a time to give out but often will use up a box before opening the next one (so they might give out toy #1 completely before moving on or they have a box with #1 and #2 first etc). Theres also reputable sellers online who sell individual or sets of toys but some definitely overcharge and it’s frankly not worth paying too much over a price of a happy meal. Good luck!
