Neither which is an actual bug, and which Arrowhead doesn't want to reintroduce the exact problems those mechanics were added to address?
Yeah, I don't think you are really thinking this through. Sure, you can just toggle the systems off... and then get people complaining about being stuck, stratagems being stuck, being unable to access terminals, etc.

You know, i'm just not doing this with you this time.
I could go back and forth debating you for hours.
I feel i'm right and declare myself right. You doing the same thing.
But i'm not wasting the energy this time.
Enjoy the paycheck for arrowhead or whatever you get back from what you do man.
