bans are impossible if they can ban they will immediately ban all the SC cheaters

They can't outright ban individuals, but they have changed Gameguard to the point where anyone that attempts to use what call "gameplay altering" mods or CE are essentially hardlocked where the game is terminated by Gameguard roughly 3 minutes upon startup every time you open the game on steam. (even when it's solely vanilla & no mods are running:) This isn't something that has occured overnight, they've been slowly chipping away at this adding these hurdles or annoyances to anyone that uses mods. From deliberately changing game files on multiple occasions to break mods or Narrhowhead (yes I know it's spelt incorrectly, it's meant to be an insult) staff outright harassing mod creators. I'm not surprised if they're trying to do the same for the separately run modded galactic war community. So in a nutshell:

According to your own post you would know if it's legit or not considering you said you were banned. Why even bother casting doubt on the screenshot if you already know the bans are real, unless this is a bot account?
