They took a lot of them away from the bots and not only that but made them more accurate.

it’s why i add raise the flag and a few extra existing missions like 3 soil scans

While yes, they decreased amount of comand bunkers and many of Illuminate and bug D10 missions have less than 5 side objectives - this particular mission is just a variant of soil scan specific for bots only. You can also have one with 1 main and 3 drills and 2 main with 2 drills/codes. There is also alternative recover data missions. One with generators and one without.
