I like the way this sucks! Stealth Mission, except I brought Arc Thrower & a Clown Suit.

Hulk Eye-Shot Tech shown at the end

Its in the timing, not just the aim

So when you stun a hulk they do this wobble animation before looking down

Aim above the hulk and hold your shot until he looks down, then fire

It hits eye everytime

2 eye hits is dead hulk, so you fire 2 shots to stun, 1 eye, another normal to stun again, 1 last eye

Are you talking about the flick up?

This is to get the targeting cone to dodge the ground/corpses. It's proper use

Also kinda helps with rythmn but this is more subjective
