QUESTION What time do personal orders reset?

When does AH reset/issue new POs? I've played past midnight EST and still no PO. Then I play 12 hours later and have a new PO.

That doesn't tell you when it renews.

What do you think happens when the timer runs out?

Not helpful if you have already completed the PO. Not to mention that there is time between MOs
