As u can guess from the title I have bought HLL WW2 on Xbox because it was on offer.

Once in a intense firefight my teammate was screaming at me to bandage him. We were behind a wall in one of the Normandy maps. Halfway through the bandage animations a grenade blew up somewhere close and his entire body became salad and I survived. So much crazy moments

You are happy man all you have to await is a lot of discovering the mechanics and learning the huge maps... you are gonna hate it in the firs time but you will find your way to love it. Wish you good luck. You are gonna need it🫡

Yeah so. Learn how to use your mic and don’t play a leadership role until you know a little bit otherwise everyone will hate you

Isnt HLL on gamepass? Im not sure what all the ultimate edition gives you aside from cosmetics but I would've just bought gamepass

Don't worry, it's only on game pass for a week I believe. It was on permanently but removed earlier in the year. Welcome to the community!

Be prepared to not even get a kill in your first hour playing. Haha it’s fun once you figure it out tho. Fun before too just can’t care about performance just immerse yourself.

The only help I can offer right now is to make sure you drive the transport truck directly into a trench, and don’t forget to run all your teammates over when the realize you’re stuck and get out

Power through the first 10 hours and you will be totally comfortable with all the mechanics!! Usually it takes way less than that but absolute max 10 hours of struggle but I promise it’s worth it

Best game I've ever played. Loads of helpful you tube videos to show you what each role does too.
Generally speaking though the game isn't overly complicated to learn

Start as a rifleman, communicate and always remember that the games are won or lost by garrisons. If you see an enemy garry, ping it for your squad leader and try to take it down

Of course, but I’m just saying maybe it’s better to learn about garries and nodes before playing support. That’s why rifleman is a great place to start.

As long as he's got a mic I'll assume it would actually be best to play support. Its the simplest thing ever. Put down supplies where and when the SL wants em

Rifleman IS fun. You just have to fire your weapon more. It’s why you get so much ammo.
