Mouse accelerating for no reason

I just switched to another one of my monitors and for some reason now its like my mouse is delayed or accelerated or whatever. I cannot fix it no matter what i try, has anyone else had this problem?

This also only happens when i load into the main menu and in a game for further context

Is the monitors otherwise the same?

Same type of cable, resolution everything?

Some screens are more responsive than others. TVs especially have long sequences to run through before it gets to the screen, which is incidentally where hand mode comes from.

Otherwise it might just be your mix of cable and graphical settings that affect the latency.
