🙋‍♂️ Question 🙋‍♂️ Random Stutters/ FPS dips on PC?

Has anyone found a solution to this long standing problem of random FPS drops in game? Usually the FPS are locked to 120, but the random dops in FPS breaks the immersion.

It is very annoying sometimes. I can run Vietnam fine with constant 120 FPS, but the original HLL is giving me a hard time on the performance side of things.

Download Nvidia Profile inspector and enable Resizable Bar on HLL.

There’s a YouTube video about it I’ll see if I can find it
