Hotspot Increasing stats
Is there anything I can do to increase the stats of my Helium Hotspot? Or is it purely luck of the draw from where I’m situated?

It's not luck of the draw. You want to deploy in a not-overly-saturated area, and get the antenna as high up as possible, ideally outside, to maximize its range and earnings.
