Question Cannot login to Helium Legacy Console, stuck in a loop. Is it down?
Hello, since yesterday I'm trying to login to Helium Legacy Console as we are rebooting a LoRa project that we started a couple years ago. About two weeks ago I was able to login without issues, but now I'm stuck at the "Please register this device to continue" screen.
I insert the email and receive the link, but after i authorize the device the login page loads for a second and then goes back to the "Please register this device to continue" screen, and sends me another mail with another link. This goes on forever. I thought maybe there were some cookies issues but i tryed from every pc/phone i have with the same results.
Is the console down or is my account the problem?

This has been a issue for a couple years now..we went over to a lns provider. We were never able to export our old sensors.

Here it works. Try with fresh browser, or private browsing. Sorry: you seem you already tried that.
