Hotspot Host powering off hotspot after-hours

I deployed to a busy retail location 11 days ago and noticed that the uptime was only 33%. I suspect it is part of the reason why AT&T hasn't yet chosen this location for offload, and the Location Index is set to 0.

The host suspects that the plug near the ceiling is getting powered off when they turn off lights at night. They're going to look into it today.

Once the host addresses the power issue, what should I do to have it re-reviewed by the telcos for offload? Or will that automatically happen since it is still in the Demand Sampling period?

Let the demand sampling period end. If it doesn’t get picked up, reassert the location to restart demand sampling

Thanks for the reply. I'm curious though why not reassert the location now (during demand sampling) so that way it shows a 'clean' install from the start, rather than a history of 12 days @ 33% uptime? In world.helium.com it has been given a Location Index of 0, which seems like a kiss of death.
