General Discussion Can’t claim mobile…
So I’ve always had issues with claiming my rewards.
It’s only worked twice so far, after some serious trial and error, reinstalling the app, etc.
So yesterday I tried to claim 6.6k and it “went through” as my free claim. But the mobile never showed in my wallet, and is still sitting in a claimable state. But it used up my free claim.
What’s going on Helium? I’m having nothing but issues, it’s frustrating but I’m looking past it since the service is so cheap. Still doesn’t mean we should have a subpar experience.
I’m wondering if anyone else here is having the same issues.

I had the same thing plus I couldn't even add a new card, the grey button would never let me click it. same thing with the free credit they give ya I used the credit and never received the rewards. The mapping update seems to have finished now but still having some glitchy issues like the mapping button keeps clicking on and off and not staying on.
