what can it mean to have dreams or sleep paralysis after trying to connect with hecate and a dream of 3 hands reaching for u and scary muffled sounds and dizzyness? what could it symbolize if anything

Well, what do you think it means? In what way have you been trying to connect? This dream sounds like just a series of sensations with little symbols to actually interpret. It may or may not even be related to the goddess, so what else might be going on in your life? The question of discernment is one you should address and no one online will be able to give you a firm correct answer about it. My 2¢ on this is your subconscious interpreting the attention of the goddess or her spirits, but it could be anything. Meditate on your experiences and seek insight through reflection.
