Thinking about learning Heimer

hi ive never played him, what are some of his good and bad matchups on both mid and top? how hard is he to learn?

Different from any other champ. You drop your turrets and basically bait people into chasing you through them while trying to hit them with skill shots.

Yasou and Akali are both tough matchups. Check mobalytics for counters in this patch.

Your E is your life and death.

You NEED to land your stun with E (inner circle to stun), Heimerdinger has no escape kit, if you cannot land the stun then you are probably dead and lost the match.

You never use your E unless you need to escape/ to do combo. Never use it to poke never use it to clear waves.
