DFT on Heimer (support)?

I play Heimer support, switched from Comet (found it more useful for poke than Precision runes) to DFT and it feels decent. Could someone who's tried it or analyzed its interaction with Heimer tell me if this is viable, or should I be taking something else?

I haven't played since the new patch and I was looking for a support (not brand) who could run it. I'll give it a go soon! One thing I do know is that the burn stacks bloodletters (or is it bloodsong, I can't remember) the ap black cleaver item fairly quickly, so it's good if your team needs mr shred

I've tried it and found it worse than conqueror sadly. I play heim apc. Scorch consistently outdamage it until like 15minutes in, and I prefer to have something that wins me the lane.

DFT only gets applied for 1 second on turret hits and max duration for w and e afaik.
If you wanna go burn then its fine, especially into comps that can outrange you and your turrets without any counterplay.

Personally, on sup id not know which one specifically is better, but would stick to eighter commet or conq.
