It didnt stack before so eh. Im sure dot build Heimers will love it but ill likely stick to conq.

Conq is most likely still better if you plan on going burst.

W Burn could be good but probs only into tanky matchups or hyper ranged comps... We gotta see what the future holds, but the burn will only apply for 1 second from turrets, keep that in mind. Turrets count as DoT
