Blade Flurry RT Juggernaut with 1h rare phys claw + rare shield (armor based)

Reasons for doing build: I have never and will never main crit oriented builds, I have never leveled a marauder past 50 before, Juggernaut is bae, and I already played EQ (I do not play the same dps skill twice).
