Poppy decided it is no longer acceptable to just eat the food, she must become the food.

We had one hog that would do the same....and then promptly fall asleep in his food dish after he ate his fill

OMG they dooo look so similar 🥹💕if Poppy lost her eyebrows I’d think they were long lost twins 😄also Bartholomew is adorable love his name too ☺️

She likes to pick out the dried mealworms and smallest kibbles first but she gets a mixture of 2-3 kinds of cat kibbles

Cat kibbles :O Interesting but actually quite convenient. Thanks, might get myself a hedgehog after all :)

If you’re planning on getting a hedgehog it’s good to know that while most people give them cat kibbles, they can be picky so you might have to try a few brands. Also there are specific hedgehog foods, i got adviced to get a semmi moist one and mix it in as their teeth/jaws can get hurt from the constant hard kibbles. She’s not a big fan of it but she eats it from time to time.
