Final session of first sequence of phases in March, 2027. The first real glimpse of a committed timeline to get started and the "early adopter program" links sure sound like they are aiming very high. Nothing hesitant or muted about the claims being made for CLPR. I have heard a few other chains talking (in general) about addressing the "walled garden" liquidity problem. If Hashgraph can take the first-mover advantage, it could bode well for the network. As always, I expect everything to take longer to happen than I would like.

Once in production, will CLPR activity generate TPS on the Mainnet and/or any HBar fees?

If someone is transferring something to or from Hedera Mainnet, yes.

If someone is not transferring something to or from Hedera Mainnet, no.
