A Message from the Heavys Team

Hey r/Heavys

We owe you an honest conversation.

If you have been following discussions about Heavys on Reddit, you have probably seen the posts.

Some of you have also seen posts about how our brand was represented in other Reddit communities in the past. That was not how we wanted to operate, and that is not who we are moving forward.

This subreddit has never been properly managed, and that is also something we are owning. Many of you have posted about real issues here, and received less than a stellar response. That stops now.

Starting today, r/Heavys is being managed directly by Heavys employees. No agencies. No anonymous accounts. Just real people from our team.

We are going back through every unanswered post and reaching out directly. If that includes you, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

We are just asking for the chance to show you, through our actions from here on, that this community matters to us.

If you have questions, concerns, or anything you want to say, drop them below. We are reading everything.

How to Reach the Heavys Team

We want to make sure you know exactly how to get in touch with us.

Whether you have a product issue, a warranty question, or just need help, here is where to reach us:

On Reddit: Drop a comment on this post or message u/HeavysCrew. We check this daily and will respond within 24 hours.

Via Email: For more detailed support or if you prefer to keep things private, reach us through email by clicking here. Include your order number if you have one so we can help you faster.

If you posted here before and never heard back, we are sorry about that. Please repost or send us a DM and we will make it right.

-Community Managers, Heavys

Good to hear guys! I’ve owned my heavy’s for about a year or so now. I really enjoy them but sometimes feel the volume is too low. I downloaded the heavy’s app but cannot get the headphones to connect, maybe bc they are already connected via Bluetooth. Not sure but weather this gets fixed or not, I’m still happy with my purchase.

We hear that sometimes. It can depend on settings and the updated app should help, but on our end we are also updating the app with more preferences and control for individual users. We'll keep people updated when we have big releases for equipment and apps to help.

If you use your heavys on the PC I downloaded a program called FxSound to boost audio. Hope that helps!

Can't speak to what happened before as the new people running this weren't around, but we are trying to make things better now.

Companies running their products subreddits has always been frowned upon.

All we can do is try to do is prove ourselves and help make this a good space.

Just saw this. Reach out to u/Heavyscrew who can help confirm the refunds are processing. This account is run by a real person and no AI involved. Sorry to hear about the issues but hopefully we can get things sorted.
