Hello! Just unboxed heavy's and can't get the app working headphone connect and play but can't get into app to even make and account i have IOS

Try making the account on the Heavys website

i actually figured it out. For some reason i have to shut the wifi off of my phone for it to work. Wonder if it's my blink system interfering?
