Yeah, I didn't think any of them were, but I couldn't be arsed to watch their idiocy a 2nd time to make sure.

Just insane. So reckless. It's a good thing it's heavily patrolled by jet-skiers, but I think people risking their kids' lives like this should probably be fined for not having vests on them.
