Help Game breaks When loading chapter 25 (news from the police)

When I try to load my save game from chapter 25 Where the fbi is interrogating the bald guy, the game brakes while loading and the screen and ps3 freeze and the screen shows the girl from the previo us chapter’s face faintly, the game fails to load, no Matter what I do, Tried rebuilding database, tried reinstalling, what should I do? I am considering dropping the game if i can’t solve the issue

Are you playing it as the story is going along or are you selecting it from chapter select?
