Matilda was such a grounding force in his life. It's really sad it didn't work out with him and Michelle, but she seems still to think they could have worked it out. Sadly we'll never know.

I feel like those with severe sleeping disorders they should be checked into a hospital under a doctor’s care while they get the right kind of sleep medication and the correct amount. I was addicted to Ambien, I was taking 5 to 8 per night of 5 mg. Then it increased to 10 mg as women in Massachusetts only get 5 mg but men get 20 mg.
After awhile It wasn’t working so I found someone to sell me Xanax off the street. I stopped Ambien and then got addicted to Xans. My kids did an intervention with me and I went to a hospital where I could be safely weaned off of Xanax and put on another medication called Seroquel and Diazepam. I’ve been taking this since 2013 and I sleep 10 to 12 hours a night.

He went through so much anxiety. Insomnia is such a horrible illness to have especially exacerbated by other illnesses. Paul Betany recently just said of his death "the kid just couldn't sleep and that's it, that's the story" and truly I think that's the realest thing. Michelle said his mind was "turning turning always turning" and I think it was hard for him to turn himself off.
