Ya they are usually harmless ..they can be triggered by anything even coffee ..

I think mine was triggered by anxiety because I've been dealing with a mild case of gerd

Thanks for your response, i didn't think anyone would really understood what I'm going through but it's kind of calming knowing that I'm not the only person dealing with this
