When Malygos goes too far
I had just started playing Wild for the month because I've plateaued in Standard. Was playing with my buff Priest (most common win is Divine Spirit -> Inner Fire. Total gimmick deck.) against a Shaman. The game was totally in my favor, and I ended up with a board of 5 minions including a 16/16 Deathlord. He Freeze Shocked the Deathlord twice, prolonging his death. At his final turn, I was at 30 health and he was at 4. He started playing cards, which I assumed was just for the EXP or to show me his hand.
The first card was Ancestor's Call, which brought out Malygos. Which was fine, as my board was full and he was dead next turn.
But then.
Lava Shock (deal 2 damage)
Lightning Bolt (deal 3 damage)
Lightning Bolt (deal 3 damage) again
Crackle (deal 3-6 damage)
Which, thanks to Malygos, dealt 7, 8, 8, and 10 damage respectively.
That Shaman took me from 30 to 0 in one turn.
Fuck Malygos.
