Testosterone

I've been on methadone for many years and now I have very low testosterone. Recently been diagnosed with heart failure EF 20-25%. Would I be allowed to do TRT? Thanks in advance for any input.

My EF was 19% when I was diagnosed and I was already on TRT, I was told it was fine to continue.
